Putting the X-Factor into eXercise

Hi, I’m Warren Manson - founder of X Factor Fitness.

I’m a Hutt Valley/New Zealand based Personal Trainer with many years of experience in weight and resistance training, which is primarily my key focus in guiding you to success. 

My journey with weight training began 25+ years ago, having moved on from sport but still wanting to maintain strength, fitness and a healthy lifestyle/physique.

My next challenge came when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, which I have now been living with for more than 20 years. This experience has allowed me to provide invaluable advice and support to others who are new to a gym environment and have been diagnosed as either diabetic or pre-diabetic.

Being based at the Lower Hutt club within New Zealand’s largest gym group allows me to provide a large number of exercise and progression options using a wide range of equipment to suit your level of training. This means we can customise an exercise program to suit your ability, needs and goals.

By using these resources as our training tools, we can accelerate your health and fitness journey to where you want or need to get to. Here’s a summary of how I can help you:
